Websites built at the scale of a surgical service line.

Emergency general surgery, acute care surgery, trauma and multi-specialty departments have a different problem from a solo practice: many providers, high volume, referring clinicians, and transfers that have to work at two in the morning.

A program site has three audiences, not one

Practice sites serve patients. Program sites serve patients, referring clinicians, and the transferring physician who needs to reach you right now — and a site that treats all three the same fails at least two of them.

Patients need the condition library: plain-language guides across the whole service line, what to expect from an emergency operation, recovery timelines, and what the words on the discharge paperwork mean. Referring clinicians need something else entirely — who to call, what you take, what you do not, and how fast. And the transferring physician at 2 a.m. needs one page, findable in one search, with the activation pathway on it and nothing in the way.

We build all three, and we keep them separate enough that nobody has to read past content meant for someone else.

Built from the inside

Three emergency general surgery programs stood up from nothing — call structure, transfer pathways, and performance-improvement process. Two ACS Emergency General Surgery Verification cycles completed as the EGS medical director, at two different institutions. That experience is why a program site from us has a page for verification and accreditation status, a provider directory that reflects how coverage actually works, and transfer content written by someone who has been on both ends of that call.

What a program build includes

A full condition-guide library covering the service line, not a sample
Interactive patient tools: symptom checkers, plain-word glossary, recovery timelines
A program-scale provider directory that reflects real coverage
Dedicated referring-clinician pages: what you take, who to call, how fast
A transfer-activation page built to be found and used under pressure
Presentation of your verification and accreditation status
Everything from the standard build: security hardening, search foundations, analytics, mobile verification
Accounts in your institution’s name, with content your program owns
Pricing

Enterprise and program sites start at $15,000

Built like our prototype for a Level I trauma center’s EGS program: 18 surgeons, 14 advanced practice providers, and more than 3,500 consults a year.

$15,000 to $30,000Most projects land in this range, depending on provider count and content depth. Scoped from a discovery call and quoted in a written proposal.
Enterprise Care from $995/moOngoing maintenance scoped to the program, entirely optional.
One decision-makerThe designated decision-maker structure applies, and payment follows the proposal’s milestone schedule. Consolidated feedback is why we can price this way.

Prices exclusive of sales tax. Texas treats website work as a taxable data processing service; your invoice shows the tax as its own line.
