What we collect, and what we don’t.

The short version

If you fill in the intake form, we get what you typed and we email you back. If you just read the site, we count the visit in Google Analytics. We do not sell anything to anyone, ever, and there is no advertising on this site.

What the intake form collects

Whatever you type into it: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, your practice or business details, and your answers about the project. It reaches us through Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and arrives as an email notification. We reply from a mailbox we monitor.

Please do not put patient information in the form. It is a business inquiry form, not a clinical channel, and it is not built to receive protected health information. If a project needs to handle PHI, we set that up separately and properly.

What analytics collects

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records things like the page visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device, and which site referred you. It also records a handful of actions — downloading the intake PDF, clicking an email address, following a link off-site, submitting the intake form — so we can tell whether the website actually produces inquiries.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise a repeat visit. Google anonymises IP addresses for GA4 traffic. We do not use analytics to build advertising audiences, we run no advertising pixels, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

If you would rather not be counted, any browser-level tracking blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on will stop it, and nothing on this site will stop working.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anybody.
• We do not run advertising, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad trackers.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the intake form. If we ever start a newsletter, you will have to ask for it.
• We do not embed third-party widgets, chat bots, or social trackers. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so reading a page contacts no one but us and our analytics.

Who else sees it

Three service providers process data on our behalf: Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions; Google Analytics processes usage data; and our email provider carries the correspondence. We do not share your inquiry with anyone else, and client work is never discussed by name without permission — which is also why you will not find client logos on this site.

How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back — in practice, a few years. Form submissions also sit in the Netlify dashboard; we clear those periodically. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule for the property. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will, and confirm it.

Your choices

Email info@drcrodriguez-consulting.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. There is no form to fill in and no ticket number; a person reads it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies are the ones Google Analytics sets to count returning visits. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond that, and a banner that only exists to be dismissed is a dark pattern.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. RC Surgical Consulting, LLC is a registered business in Fort Worth, Texas.
